La Filosofía
Nos desafiamos siendo respetuosos con el origen. Utilizamos uvas de viñedos en cabeza y de secano, que conocemos bien y son tratados de forma sostenible. En la bodega intervenimos el mosto lo menos posible, combinando técnicas tradicionales con innovación. Queremos que los vinos expresen el terruño y sean distintivos. Soñamos con lograr grandes vinos, usando uvas propias del lugar.
We challenge ourselves by honoring our origin. We use grapes from bush-vine and dry-farmed vineyards that we know intimately and manage sustainably. In the winery, we practice minimal intervention with the must, blending traditional techniques with innovation. We want the wines to express the terroir and stand out. We dream of creating great wines using native grapes.
